The group spreads its activities in three main fields, which are:
Textile Finishing Technology for knitted and woven fabric, Non Woven and Coating and Laminating.
Besides being the world leader in knits finishing in tubular as well as in open-width form, SANTEX GROUP provides complete solutions for the finishing of denim, wool under the brand SPEROTTO RIMAR as well as specific technologies for surface finishing of fabrics and continuous dry cleaning.

The SANTEX GROUP will be present at the exhibition with an area of 175 sqm in its booth in Hall 8 Nr, F 109.
In this occasion we will show our outstanding finishing machine for open-width knitted fabrics, i.e.our felt belt compactor named Santacompact CK,
including its pinframe and steaming device in front of the compacting unit.
By means of this machine, if properly dried previously, fabrics achieve residual shrinkage values after washing and tumbling which are internationally accepted by the most exigent retailers, i.e 3 % or below on Single Jersey and 5 % or below on Piquet,Rib, Interlook

The Textile field focuses on 4 sectors, covered under the reputed brand names
SANTEX and SPEROTTO RIMAR:
• Knits, providing full lines for the dry finishing of all kinds of knitted fabrics made of cotton and their blends
• Wool, providing all machines for the dry finishing like steaming and decatizing, delivering highest qualities following the requirements of the most demanding wool manufacturers
• Continuous dry cleaning, a highly appreciated , extremely ecological technique, which allows synthetics and wool fabrics to eliminate all sorts of oils, waxes and residues, which are detrimental for the following wet processes.
• Denim finishing lines, a reliable, highly experienced dry finishing line for all denim qualities, which includes the world wide known sanforizing process.
The non woven field is covered by the SANTEX NON WOVEN brand name and focuses on thermobonding, heat setting, drying and finishing of nonwovens of many varieties.
CAVITEC is the brand name which covers the fields of
• Laminating, impregnating, coating, and scattering of area-measured materials (both traditional and technical textiles)
• Manufacturing of pre-preg on the basis of glass fiber, carbon fiber, synthetic fiber, and their woven fabrics.
